It’s been 14 years since Rob Zombie brought us arguably his best film, The Devil’s Rejects. This September, he’s following that up with the unlikely sequel Three From Hell, the full trailer which released today. Much in the tradition of Zombie’s earlier films, the trailer gives us a lot of Tobe Hooper Texas Chainsaw Massacre-inspired flair, with a Dia de Los Muertos theme including satanic luchadors and much more. It looks like Sid Haig’s Captain Spaulding may be in something more of a cameo role from the trailer behind bars, with Richard Brake serving up as his replacement with Baby (Sherri Moon Zombie) and Otis (Bill Moseley) hiding out in Mexico from the law. 3 FROM HELL hits theaters in a special three-day release from Fathom Events on September 16th, 17th, and 18th. Tickets go on sale on July 19th at https://www.fathomevents.com/events/rob-zombies-3-from-hell. Each night will have different content.

The specialized release will include unique content each night via Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network: a Zombie video intro and a poster for the first 50 attendees from Monday, 9/16, a 30-minute behind-the-scenes look on Tuesday 9/17 and a double feature with Zombie’s The Devil’s Rejects on Wednesday, 9/18.
