Surprise! Blumhouse is dropping a BLACK CHRISTMAS remake hitting theaters December 13, 2019!
Blumhouse has set up a nice shingle for themselves as perhaps the only place that can deliver high concept horror like Get Out, Happy Death Day, and Upgrade, while being able to produce actual decent remakes of films like they did with last year’s Halloween.
Well, color us surprised, when they announced out of the blue that they are producing a remake of Black Christmas, the original slasher film, directed by A Christmas Story director Bob Clark, way back in 1974. Check out the teaser poster below. I’m sure we’ll find out more at SDCC in a few weeks.
